職位描述
1.在跨境電商平臺發(fā)布新產(chǎn)品、更新產(chǎn)品信息等店鋪日常工作
2.維護店鋪信用，在線處理客戶留言或郵件，保持店鋪的好評率及活躍度
3.維護店鋪產(chǎn)品，跟蹤產(chǎn)品銷售情況，實現(xiàn)定價策略、庫存策略和產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化配置
4.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的銷量和排名變化，及時制定和調(diào)整銷售策略及推廣計劃，做好數(shù)據(jù)分析工作
5.處理日常訂單，跟進訂單物流異常相關(guān)情況
6.針對店鋪運營和賬號健康管理，做好分析總結(jié)，及時向上級匯報情況
任職要求：
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷
2.熟練使用辦公軟件
3.CET-4及以上（各方面條件優(yōu)秀者可放寬）
4.有較強的責(zé)任心和團隊協(xié)作能力
5.有半年以上跨境平臺運營經(jīng)驗
